This circular walk of just over 4 miles (6.6km) is from the Fleur de Lys, Lowsonford to Preston Bagot Church and back. The walk is entirely on quiet country lanes, so is a good one for winter when the surrounding fields are muddy and flooded.
The sections of the walk at the ford and near the junction of Preston Road and Preston Fields Lane are prone to flooding onto the road, so beware of attempting this after prolonged rain. If in doubt, drive round first to check it is clear.
