Hampton Walking arranges weekend walks within 15 miles of Hampton-in-Arden and has 2 groups: Hampton Hikers led by Evan Grant with walks of 7-10 miles, and Arden Amblers led by Bob Reid with shorter walks of 4-6 miles. Hikes and Ambles are on alternate weekends and details of the next few walks are shown below.

An Amble from Dorridge

This walk is from the Railway Inn,  Dorridge,  B93 8QA, and will start at 10.00am.  It will be led by Mary Coles who has booked a table for lunch on the basis of first come first served.

The route will be finalised later.

Mary requests that we park at the Dorridge Village Hall carpark, same postcode as pub.

Hidden Birmingham, Take 2!

By popular request, Mary Coles will lead this hike based on her Hidden Birmingham walk last December. The walk will be about 10 miles long. Please meet Mary at Hampton Station on Sat 4 May for the 9am "rail replacement" bus to International and on to New Street. Alternatively, meet by the Commonwealth Games Bull in the concourse at New St Station at 9:45am.

Either way, please let Mary know if you will be joining the walk and where you will meet her. Contact her direct, message her in the WhatsApp group or let her know by email at hampton.hikers@outlook.com.
